Added Safety

HOUSE RULES

Thank you for coming to The Three Tuns, we are very happy to welcome you back.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, we are asking all guests to follow some basic guidance whilst they are here:

It goes almost without saying that if you or anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of C-19 please do not endanger others by coming to the pub

We encourage customers to make Reservations for drinking and eating and to arrive promptly so that we can best maintain safe numbers on our premises.  You are allowed   members of 2 households at your table indoors or outdoors.  In the garden we are also allowed to seat groups of any mixture of 6 people from any number of households

Use the sanitiser provided upon entering

We are asking customers to provide their contact information either at the time of booking or upon arrival in order to help the government’s Track & Trace initiative.  Your details will be kept securely for 21 days

Keep to the one-way flow system: enter via our Front Door and leave via our back Garden Door. If you are coming back into the building to use the loo, please use the side entrance on Forest Hill

We’d like to encourage you to put your feet up and just use Table Service instead of coming to the Bar

Loos: Please keep to the distance dots on the floor whilst queuing up.  Only one person allowed in the Men’s or the Women’s at a time (other than families of course!) Use the sanitiser before entering the loos and wash your hand thoroughly before leaving

Everyone must try and keep 2m apart from anybody not in their group - including from our staff and other customers.  When and where that is not possible, 1m distance is allowed but please be sensible and keep those interactions brief

Children must also abide by social distancing rules whilst they are here (including in the garden!) and we ask all parents to stay responsible for them

Dogs must be kept on leads

Contactless payments only

For our part, here are the things we are doing to look after your safety:

We have a maximum number of customers allowed inside and outside that are safe whilst allowing for social distancing - we will not allow in anyone else

Tables have been laid out 2m apart and excess furniture and clutter has been removed

Food Menus are single use and then recycled, Wine Lists are sanitised between use

We have hourly cleaning rotas for the loos and any frequently touched surfaces

Staff wash their hands every 20 minutes and between serving tables

The card machine will be disinfected between each customer

We do a full clean down and sanitisation of each table between customers

We have updated our Risk Assessment in light of the risks of Covid and our staff have been thoroughly re-trained in new measures

Hopefully this will all become second nature before long.  In the meantime thank you so much for your cooperation and patience.
