Thank you for coming to The Three Tuns, we are very happy to welcome you back.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, we are asking all guests to follow some basic guidance whilst they are here:
It goes almost without saying that if you or anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of C-19 please do not endanger others by coming to the pub
We encourage customers to make Reservations for drinking and eating and to arrive promptly so that we can best maintain safe numbers on our premises. We have limited table inside the pub but we still have our marquee which has the most of our table inside. In the garden we have our benches and on lovely sunny days we have our umbrellas out.
Use the sanitiser provided upon entering
We currently don't have our Bar stools back at the moment for everyone's safety we have decided to keep all tables spaced out.
Loos: Please use the sanitiser before entering the loos and wash your hand thoroughly before leaving
We ask that you please stay 1m apart from people that are not in your group and from our staff. We do know that this isn't always possible so please keep those interactions brief
We ask all parents to stay responsible for there Children (including in the garden!)
Dogs must be kept on leads
We are accepting Card & Cash Payments
For our part, here are the things we are doing to look after your safety:
We have a maximum number of customers allowed inside and outside that are safe whilst allowing for social distancing - we will not allow in anyone else
Tables have been laid out 1m apart and excess furniture and clutter has been removed
Food Menus and our Wine Lists are sanitised between each use
We have hourly cleaning rotas for the loos and any frequently touched surfaces
Staff wash their hands every 20 minutes and between serving tables
The card machine will be disinfected between each customer
We do a full clean down and sanitisation of each table between customers
We have updated our Risk Assessment in light of the risks of Covid and our staff have been thoroughly re-trained in new measures
Hopefully this will all become second nature before long. In the meantime thank you so much for your cooperation and patience.
